TESTER - ERP

Work collaboratively with the project team to define testing strategy and test cases for the ERP system.
Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional requirements and technical specifications.
Execute manual and automated tests to validate the ERP system meets business requirements and system specifications.
Identify and document defects or issues, classify them, perform root cause analysis, and track issues to resolution.
Create test reports, communicate test results and provide recommendations on product quality.
Collaborate with development team, business analysts and project managers to identify and resolve issues and ensure deliverables meet quality targets.
Participate in project meetings and provide input on functional requirements, technical specifications, and design.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance testing.
Knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and techniques, including manual and automated testing.
Experience testing ERP software modules, including but not limited to finance, purchasing, inventory, and human resources.
Familiarity with testing software such as JIRA, Selenium, or HP Quality Center.
Strong analytical and diagnostic problem-solving skills with an ability to assess complex problems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent English is a plus because the interview will be done in English.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies preferred.
Benefits: Salary: 20.000.000 - 50.000.000 VND following KPIs.
